Kampong Chicken

My grandma makes very nice stuffed chicken !

Today was piano lesson, after 2 weeks of idling away at home watching my theory and piano books collecting dust. Had theory the whole lesson, since my theory exam is only one month away (second week of March). I was frantically memorising the italian terms at the last minute and then I came across this weird one which was quite cute actually. I present to you:

STACCATISSIMO !

I.e. To be played as briefly as possible and accented as well, acoording to performance direction.

Okay that was totally redundant.

Anyway we touched on the Grade 3 scales today and I think broken chords are highly amusing. They're something like arpeggios but they keep repeating themselves and they get higher and higher and higher ahahahah . I dont know how to explain lah but they're very cute.

Shall fastforward to making almond cookies at my aunt's house. I was weighing the ingredients and my mum and grandma were busy stuffing the chicken with stupid chinese medicine like luohanguo (I dislike the smell and I dislike the drink even more ) and whatever qizi or something.

When the cookies were like halfway done the chicken was already cooked and it was taken out, had its stuffing viciously dug out and it was cut into half. Wah seh the chicken veryveryvery nice !! Better than KFC. ahahahha so beware all KFC outlets ! One day my grandma is going to take the chicken industry by storm and make sure all the KFC outlets close HAHAHA .

okay that was very lame .
