Misconception about the UG groups

Many people have a common misconception that all the Uniformed Groups do is drill .

Do you ?

Well , that you're WRONG .

UG groups , basically , for every activity , most of the time we drill and do physical training . I admit that we drill most of the time . But no , we are not all about drilling .

Take for example , my cca , NCC . Yeah , we drill most of the time , but we go for camps and shooting too ! In addition , we do projects about Total Defence which piles up as our homework as well .

The same goes for SJAB . Other than their high standard in drilling , they are also well-versed in the art of healing and first aid .

I'm sure the other UG groups agree with me . UG is not just about drilling and stuff , so surely we deserve some respect ?
